Shipping and Returns
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
 

In the event that you receive the wrong item(s), we will send you the correct replacement item(s). Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package by sending email to [email protected] or calling us at 424-644-5273. You will then need to return the item, please place the wrong item(s) back in the original shipping box, just as you received it and ship it to our warehouse.

Your replacement item(s) will only be issued once the wrong item has been returned. If you request a replacement, we will send your correct replacement item(s) at our cost once we receive the return.

PLEASE NOTE: Please do not ship back the wrong item(s) without contacting with us. The correct replacement item(s) subject to availability.

When will my order ship?
 

Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the " My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Please use this formula to determine when your order will arrive:

    Shipping Time + Shipping Method = Total Delivery Time
  • Shipment time (the time between ordering a product and that product leaving our warehouse) depends on stock availability. Stock availability is indicated in each product description on our web site.
  • If you purchased a wireless phone and service plan, there may be a delay in shipping your phone due to the activation process which varies by wireless service provider.

Usually Ships in 2 to 3 Business Days
The item is in stock and ready to go.
This product usually ship 2 to 3 business days after your order is placed. Tracking information, when available, is displayed on our site within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Usually Ships in 3 to 5 Business Days
This product requires additional handling time.
Soon after your order leaves our distribution center, you will be contacted with tracking information. This product usually ship 3 to 5 business days after your order is placed.

Usually Ships in 3 to 7 Business Days
This product requires additional handling time.
Soon after your order leaves our distribution center, you will be contacted with tracking information. This product usually ship 3 to 7 business days after your order is placed.

Back Order
This product is not currently in stock at any of our warehouse locations.
We have ordered the product from our supplier, but have not received a date yet as to when we will receive this product. We will update you on the status of your order via email.

Currently Unavailable
This product is currently unavailable.
We are not accepting orders for it at this time. Please check our web site for future availability.
